recipe: carrot, apple, ginger protein smoothie

Ingredients:
- almond milk
- (a little water because I don't want it to taste too much almond milk or be too thick.)
- Bob's Red Mill Chai Protein Powder w/ chia seeds and probiotics, sweetened with monk fruit
- Jarrow Formulas Golden Tea, Turmeric Infusion
- orange carrot
- red apple
- a small cut of ginger
- several ice cubes
Ensure to add liquids, then powders, before adding larger items with ice cubes last.
